Iowa Alliance for Choice in Education will be holding the Iowa School Choice Summit Wednesday. Sept. 14. Individuals from across the state will attend the summit to learn more about parental choices in education. They will also be able to gather information on the School Tuition Organization Tax Credit Program and parent/grassroots activism. Derrell Bradford of 50CAN and NYCAN will deliver the keynote address and host a special workshop for parents. Other speakers include Representative Walt Rogers of Cedar Falls and Tim Albrecht, the founder of Albrecht Public Relations, LLC. The summit will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the State Historical Building in Des Moines.
