A one mile section of 190th Street, between Yellowwood Road and Bluebird Ave. south of Manning, will be closed for approximately two weeks beginning Thursday, Aug. 11. Crews will be on site cleaning ditches, repairing culverts and re-grading the roadway. During most of the construction project, the intersection of Yellowwood Road and 190th Street will also be undergoing some work. Audubon County Emergency Management has asked for drivers and local authorities to plan alternate routes to nearby residences.
