A Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy became witness to a single-vehicle rollover accident while performing a routine traffic stop. On Saturday afternoon, July 30, at approximately 2:40 p.m., the deputy signaled for 37-year-old Jody Lyn Mohr of Gowrie to pull over her 2005 Chevrolet Equinox for a speeding violation on Highway 4 near Jefferson. As Mohr attempted to pull off of the roadway, the vehicle slid on the gravel shoulder and rolled over onto its top in the ditch. Mohr and a passenger were transported to the Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson by Greene County Emergency Medical services with unknown minor injuries. The Jefferson Fire Department also assisted at the scene.
