On Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., city staff, elected officials and residents streamed through the doors of Carroll City Hall to say goodbye to City Manager, Gerald Clausen. Clausen retired effective on Friday, July 29, after 22 years of serving the people of Carroll. He and his wife Beverly are moving to Lincoln, Neb., where Clausen hails from and where family still resides in the area. Photos of the open house can be seen below.
