After an investigation into two separate burglaries reported on April 18 and 20, the Jefferson Police Department has charged 29-year-old Kyle Matthew Cuddy of Jefferson with two counts of Burglary in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony. Officers executed a search warrant at Cuddy’s residence, 504 South Olive Street in Jefferson, on April 22, and recovered property that had been stolen from 504 South Locust Street in Jefferson.
