Nearly yearlong investigation leads to arrest by Audubon Co. Sheriff’s Office

Following a nearly yearlong investigation deputies from the Audubon County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year-old Patrick Lawrence Nolte of Menlo on an outstanding warrant. Nolte is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. The charges stem from an investigation, conducted on June 25, 2015, into an incident which occurred in the 2300 block of 210^th Street. Members of the Stuart Police Department assisted in the arrest, and Nolte was transported to the Audubon County Jail and held. Following an appearance before a magistrate Nolte was released.
