At the Carroll City Council meeting Monday night, the council approved moving forward in partnership with Commercial Savings Bank on their donation of the Adams Street building. The bank made the nearly million dollar offer as a solution to the library expansion in February, proposing that city offices move to 627 North Adams and the current space at City Hall be used for library expansion.
