In two weeks things will be hopping at Opportunity Living as staff host the Annual Egg…Stravaganza. The event is held each year in appreciation of area donors and volunteers with lots of activities planned. The day starts off at Opportunity Acres in Lake City at 9:00 am with an Eggs…cellent Breakfast featuring omelets and – what else – eggs.
The Easter Bunny will also be available for photos, and an Easter Egg Hunt planned for 10:00 am will send kids ten and under out scrambling to find hidden treasures. Adults can find their own treasures; bidding on Easter Baskets filled with great items that were donated by area businesses and community supporters. The Silent Auction’s final bids are due by 11:00 am that morning with winners being announced shortly thereafter. Proceeds from the silent auction will go towards Client Adaptive Equipment & Accessibility. Community supporters, donors, and volunteers are all invited to attend the Annual Egg…Stravaganza which will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, March 26.
