At approximately 9:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office reported to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 4th Street and Montana Street in Glidden. Seventy-five-year-old Raymond Ora Snook of Glidden was traveling south on Montana Street in a 2006 GMC Sierra when he was struck by 68-year-old Edward Wayne Flemmig of Glidden. Flemmig was driving a 2004 Saturn L300 westbound on 4th street, and failed to yield right of way to the Snook vehicle. Neither party was injured, but there was an estimated $3,500 in damage to the Snook vehicle and $4,500 in damage to the Flemmig vehicle. Flemmig was charged with Failure to Obey a Yield Sign.
