Plans for a 32-room hotel in Manning are moving forward on an aggressive schedule for the possibility of a groundbreaking to happen as early as April of this year. Main Street Manning Board President, Ron Reischl, said they have secured agreements in principal from both Boulders and the owner of the land for the proposed site to the west of the Hausbarn Konferenz Centre. Boulders Inn Manning will be owned by a limited liability corporation that is comprised of local investors. To date, the corporation has raised $725,000 of the $790,000 needed and believes they will have no issue with securing the remaining $65,000 to meet that goal before construction begins. Boulders is currently working to put together site proposal plans to provide options for review. A board representing the limited liability corporation will be making all of the major decisions on this project.
