The Greene County Sheriff’s office began receiving reports of phone harassment and violation of a No Contact Order at a residence in the 500 block of 11th Street in Grand Junction at approximately noon yesterday (Monday). Later in the day, at approximately 1:36 p.m., a deputy, the Chief Deputy and an Iowa State Trooper all responded to Grand Junction after receiving a report that a female driving from Dallas to Greene County on Highway 144 was stopped by a male subject, harassed and not allowed to continue. She described the vehicle and driver to authorities who soon located 36-year-old Richard Dean Tuhn Jr. of Grand Junction. Tuhn was arrested for violation of a No Contact Order and Harassment in the third degree—100 counts.
