Nineteen-year-old Stephen Caden Muhlbauer of Manning was arrested after a traffic stop at approximately 11:00 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27th. The Audubon County Sheriff’s office reports that Muhlbauer was pulled over on 120th Street, near Bluebird Avenue west of Gray for speeding. He was also charged with Operating While Intoxicated—first offense, Open Container and No Insurance. Muhlbaer was transported to the Audubon County Jail and released following an appearance before the magistrate. His preliminary hearing has been set for Dec. 17.
