At approximately 3:31 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, the Carroll County Sheriff’s office received a report of vandalism to private property. Deann Eisheid of Halbur reported that there had been approximately $2,500 damage done to the inside of a camper sometime between Sept. 26 and Oct. 24.
