Fifty-six-year-old Kimberly Beltz of Dakota City, Neb. died at Loring Hospital in Sac City Sunday, Sept. 13, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. The Sac County Sheriff’s office received a report of the accident at approximately 1:45 p.m. Beltz was operating a 2001 Kawasaki motorcycle, traveling west on US Highway 20, one-quarter mile west of Wadsely Ave., northeast of Sac City, when she went onto the shoulder and lost control. Beltz was the only occupant on the motorcycle. The accident remains under investigation. Sac County Ambulance, Sac Count Fire and Rescue and the Sac City Police Department assisted at the scene.
