Audubon Lions Club Bringing Over 70 Tables Of Antique And New Toys For People Of All Ages To Browse Next Weekend

A nearly 30-year-old tradition is coming back to Audubon next year that will catch the attention of all ages. On Saturday, Feb. 25, the Lions Club hosts their 27th Annual Toy Show. LaVerne Diest, a member of the Lions Club Board of Directors, serves a vital role in putting on the event and says the small, three-dollar entrance fee goes to assist members in the community.

There will be over 70 tables of toys, antique and new, for attendees to browse through from a variety of vendors. Toys of all varieties will be available for purchase, and toy fans will have an opportunity to win a number of door prizes.

The show takes place in the Agri-Hall at the Audubon County Fairgrounds. Doors open at 9 a.m., and the show remains open until 2:30 p.m. that afternoon. A lunch of pork sandwiches, soup and snack bars will be available for purchase during the show.
