Mass of the Christian Burial for 96-year-old Mark Knobbe of Carroll will be Monday at 10 am at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Carroll with burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery where military honors will be conducted by the Breda American Legion. Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 2 pm Sunday where there will be a Rosary at 3 and a Christian Wake Service at 5 Sunday evening. Visitation will continue at the church from 9 to 9:45 Monday morning prior the Mass. Mark Knobbe is survived by his wife: Mae of Carroll……his children: Jean DeLong of Ohio, Dr. Tom Knobbe of Ohio, Julie Venner of Boone, and Tony Knobbe & Nora Reiter, both of Davenport…..10 grandchildren…..4 great grandchildren…..and his siblings: Joan Heiman, Lucy Wolterman, Ruth Feldmann, Barbara McCabe, and Karen Eason.
