Born on July 31, 1995, in Des Moines, Iowa, Abigail was the daughter of Christopher and Susan (Johnsrud) Molinsky. Abby attended Carroll Community Schools and graduated from Carroll High School with the Class of 2014. While in high school she was active in dance and also worked at Mac’s Café and Charlies Steakhouse. Abby furthered her education at Iowa State University where she graduated with a Degree in Marketing and Business Management. As a new career can be stressful, Abby took 8 months off where she was a “stay at home daughter.”  She was then employed as a sales rep with Hershey’s Chocolate in Des Moines. Abby enjoyed her job and loved the food industry. One of the highlights each year was attending and working the Farner – Bocken Trade Show with her dad.  Abby was her brother’s greatest supporter with all of their activities. She was a shopping enthusiast and loved shopping not only for herself but ordering clothes for her mom. Abby cherished the time she spent with her boyfriend Cody; going boating and hanging out at the farm where she was a converted farm girl. Her favorite holiday was Halloween and would often decorate months before.  With a smile and personality that could light up a room; Abby will be missed by so many; the patrons at Charlie’s, her many friends, and her family that loved her dearly.
Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Chris and Susi Molinsky of Carroll; her brothers:  Kolby Molinsky of Carroll and Blake Molinsky at home; her grandparents: Ed and Marcia Molinsky of Waverly; her step-grandfather, Dale Bahe of Hazleton; her special friend, Cody Mohr of Denison; her aunts and uncles: Gary (Karen) Johnsrud of California, Greg (Andrea) Johnsrud of Kansas and Bryan (Amy) Molinsky of Illinois; as well as many friends.  Abby was preceded in death by her grandparents, Garry Johnsrud and Patricia Bahe.
