Mass of the Christian Burial for 69 year old Wesley Henry Bunnell of Glidden will be Tuesday @ 10:30 am at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Glidden with Burial in the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery near Glidden. Friends may call at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Glidden after 5 pm on Monday, where there will be a Christian Wake Service at 7 pm. Visitation will resume Tuesday at 9:30 am at the church until the time of Mass. Wes is survived by: his wife, Barbara of Glidden; his children: daughters, Shannon Bunnell of Des Moines and Karen Ackerman of Ottumwa; sons, Adam Bunnell of Atkins and Ryan Bunnell of Fairfax; a sister, Marie Fernau of Waterloo; a brother, Eugene Bunnell of Jesup; and eight grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Hope Lodge in Rochester, MN and may be left with the funeral home or the church.
