Funeral services for 85 year old Duane (Riley) Towers, of Churdan will be held at 10:30 am Monday at St. Columbkille Catholic Church in Churdan with burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Sunday at the church with a Vigil service at 6:30 pm.
Duane is survived by his wife, Carolyn, children: Dan of Churdan, Catherine Towers of California, Tim of Churdan, Teresa Harr of Missouri, Mick of Adel, Tami Nugent of Kansas, Joseph of Missouri, and Sarah Burnett of Ankeny, 15 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother, Roger Towers of California and sister Anne Anderson of Florida.
