A Memorial Service for 85-year-old Cleo L. Tilton of Carroll will be Friday, July 27th, at 11 am at the First United Methodist Church in Carroll with burial at the Carroll City Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church after 10 Friday morning (July 27th) until time of service. The arrangements are under the direction of the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll.
