Authorities were called after reports came in of someone waiving a gun at passing vehicles. The Carroll Police Department responded to the 200 block of East 10th Street at approximately 7:50 p.m. Thursday. Upon arrival, they found and seized a CO2 BB gun that was in the possession of a 17-year-old at that location.
