Propane, natural gas, home heating oil and unleaded gasoline prices rose over the past week while diesel remained steady. Propane and gasoline both saw the largest increase at $.03 each with propane closing at $1.35 per gallon and gas averaging $2.41 across the state. That price at the pump is $.44 higher than one year ago. Home heating oil and natural gas went up a penny with a new statewide average of $2.46 per gallon for heating oil and $2.13 per MMbtu on natural gas. Diesel prices stayed level at a $2.87 Iowa average.
