The Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) says EBT cards will be inoperable starting at 10 p.m. June 29 and will be offline for approximately six hours. Cards are expected to begin functioning again at 4 a.m. June 30. Individuals with questions or concerns about this maintenance are encouraged to call DHS directly at 1-800-359-5802.
