A Grand Junction man was taken into custody on arrest warrants Tuesday. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office reports they arrested 43-year-old Adam Joseph Harvey at approximately 11:32 a.m. on warrants for first-offense possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and first offense possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, both serious misdemeanors, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Harvey was booked into the Greene County jail and later released on bond. The warrants stem from an investigation from a criminal complaint on Jan. 31.
