Computer Concepts of Iowa Sells To Pella-Based Technology Firm

ICE Technologies Inc., of Pella has officially acquired Carroll’s Computer Concepts of Iowa (CCI) effective today (Wednesday). President and CEO of ICE Technologies, Keith Van Donselaar, says this decision offers them the ability to expand their services state-wide. In their search for a partner, size and financial ability were not their main focus. Rather they were searching for a company that has the technical expertise, a history of excellence in client satisfaction and shares the values at ICE Technologies. “As we begin to offer our IT solutions to more small and medium-sized businesses, having a partner like CCI is invaluable,” Van Donselaar says. CCI’s President and CEO, Adam Schweers, says customers will not see any interruption to their high-quality service. “Everything that our clients have come to expect from our service and support will remain unchanged,” Schweers adds. The name will remain Computer Concepts of Iowa for the time being. CCI was founded in 2005, supporting clients with their knowledge about systems, cloud services, networking and more. ICE Technologies was founded in 1990 and has a background in healthcare and finance and a solid history in information technology sales and service.
