A vehicle was totaled in a hydroplaning incident Thursday morning on Highway 25 south of Scranton. At approximately 10:23 a.m., the Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene near 250th Street. Forty-year-old Bobbie Kelly of West Des Moines hit water on the roadway with her 2016 Mazda 6 and hydroplaned into the west ditch. No injuries were reported in the incident.
