A vehicle was deemed a total loss after a fire on Thursday morning. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office and Jefferson Fire Department responded to the 1800 block of Redwood Avenue, southeast of Jefferson at approximately 11 a.m. They found a log skidder on fire at the scene. Authorities believe an electrical fire started in the dashboard of the vehicle.
