Two Carroll residents were arrested Thursday morning after a search warrant was executed at their residence. Carroll Police Chief, Brad Burke, reports that 55-year-old Daniel Biedler and 62-year-old Connie Warnke are both facing drug and possibly explosive possession charges. The two were arrested at approximately 1:58 a.m. for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities also located explosive items, believed to be used in the manufacture of fireworks. Additional charges are pending chemical testing.
