The entire family is invited to a Thanksgiving experience at Hagge Park in Sac City next week. Sac County Conservation will be hosting a Turkey Takeover on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 6 p.m. There will be a short presentation that will educate everyone about the turkey population in Iowa and this will be followed with turkey crafts and activities. There is no charge for the program, but registration is appreciated prior to Nov. 26 and can be done through the contact points included here.
