There is still time to get registered for the next Sac County Conservation Knee High Naturalists-Animal Tails program. The story, “What do you do with a Tail Like This?” will be presented to children ages two through four with an accompanying adult on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at the Sac County Conservation Center in Hagge Park at 5 p.m. This interactive book will ask attendees to consider all the amazing things animals can do with the different parts of their bodies. They can identify what animals have a nose for digging, ears for seeing and much more. Following the reading, children will participate in some fun activities related to the book and enjoy snacks. Wednesday’s program is free of charge but preregistration is required. This can be done through the contact points included below.
