The dedication of a Carroll city employee is featured in a statewide publication. In the October/November issue of the Iowa Chapter of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America magazine, the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent of the Municipal Course, Jeremy Ehlers, is the member spotlight. Ehlers, who says he didn’t even get interested in golf until college, answers a variety of questions on his most and least favorite aspects of the job, the challenges he and the remainder of the staff face regularly with their course and the most valuable things he has learned during his time with the team.
