Press Ganey has presented the healthcare provider with the 2019 Guardian of Excellence Award for their placement in the 95th percentile or above in Patient Experience and Medical Practice. “The staff of McCrary Rost Clinic have been focused on patient experience for many years,” says Chief Nursing Officer, Kari Jones. “We consistently work to provide ease of access to our patients, timelines of check in, reduced waiting, communicating plans of treatment through after visit summaries and use of MyChart and coordinated follow up on referrals and results.
