The Audubon County Roads Department has announced a portion of Dove Avenue will be closed for about a week beginning tomorrow (Wednesday). Crews will be replacing several culverts across the roadway in the area south of the intersection with 240th Street, about six miles southeast of Audubon. The road will be impassible while construction is underway, and drivers are asked to find alternate routes during this time. Dove Avenue is scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, April 30, depending on weather conditions.
