No one was injured or threatened, but police were called when a juvenile displayed a weapon at the Carroll Community School District Agriculture Education building on Friday morning. Officers with the Carroll Police Department responded to 414 N. Clark Street at approximately 11:23 a.m. and learned the subject had left prior to their arrival. An investigation revealed that a 15-year-old male had produced a pellet gun that looked similar to a .357 revolver in the parking lot of the building before leaving and returning to school. The juvenile was released to the custody of his parents.
