No injuries were reported in a car/tractor accident Thursday north of Dawson. The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to 330th Street and V Avenue at approximately 4:51 p.m. Thirty-four-year-old Patrick Kennedy of Jefferson was traveling northbound on V Avenue in a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero when he rear-ended an International Farmall tractor, driven by 48-year-old Curt Muir of Rippey, as Muir was turning the tractor into a field drive. There was an estimated $3,000 in damage to the Oldsmobile and $1,000 in damage to the tractor. No citations were issued.
