Minor Injuries Reported In Two-Vehicle Accident Sunday Morning In Carroll

Minor injuries to one driver were reported as a result of a two-vehicle accident Sunday morning in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded at approximately 9:40 a.m. to the intersection of Highway 30 and Main Street. According to an initial investigation, a 2003 Cadillac Deville, driven by 43-year-old Scott Stuhr of Carroll, was traveling eastbound on the highway. At the same time, a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 43-year-old Kevin Forke of Carroll, was traveling southbound on Main and failed to stop for a red light. The Forke vehicle proceeded into the intersection and was struck by the Cadillac, causing disabling damage to the Stuhr vehicle. Stuhr was transported to St. Anthony Regional Hospital by Carroll County Emergency Medical Services for treatment of suspected minor injuries. Forke was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
