Two vehicles suffered functional damage, but no injuries were reported in a Monday morning collision in Carroll. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at the U.S. Highways 30 and 71 intersection at approximately 7:06 a.m. A 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe, driven by 45-year-old Shanda Mohr of Denison, was stopped at the eastbound red light on Highway 30. Forty-four-year-old Misty Spooner of Manning was also traveling eastbound on 30 in a 2006 Ford Taurus and struck the Mohr SUV. Spooner was cited for failure to maintain control.
