Local Producer Elected To Serve On Iowa Soybean Association Board Of Directors

A former Carroll County Supervisor and local farmer has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors for the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA). On Tuesday, the ISA announced that Marty Danzer of Carroll will be representing District 4 as one of two newly elected members. Tom Vincent of Perry will take the District 5 seat. “I want to give a warm welcome to Marty and Tom as new members of the Iowa Soybean Association Board of Directors,” said President, Lindsay Greiner. “I look forward to the valuable contributions and enthusiasm they can bring to the team while we continue to serve Iowa soybean farmers.” These men join six re-elected producers and 14 other board members, including representatives Jeff Frank of Auburn with District 4 and at-large member Tim Bardole of Rippey. Priorities of the 22-member board include production research and market development, environmental programming, producer outreach, consumer engagement, transportation and policy for the benefit of Iowa’s nearly 40,000 soybean farmers.
