Iowa Lottery Players Have Until July 22 To Claim Prizes In Five Discontinued Instant-Scratch Games

The Iowa Lottery has announced it is ending sales in five of its instant-scratch games. Players will have until the close of business on July 22 to claim prizes in “White Ice,” “Surprise Package,” “Shiny & Bright,” “Why Did The Chicken Cross The road?” and “Double Doubler.” Winning tickets may be redeemed at the lottery’s offices in Clive, Cedar Rapids, Council Bluffs, Mason City and Storm Lake or at any Iowa Lottery retailer. As part of its standard procedure, the Lottery regularly ends sales for certain games, which are replaced with new ones throughout the year.
