A section of Highway 30 near West Street in Carroll was blocked briefly on Wednesday afternoon due to a two-vehicle collision. The Carroll Police Department responded to the scene at approximately 2:26 p.m. and report that there was at least one party transported for medical treatment. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident and say more details will be forthcoming within the next day or two.
