The Sac County Conservation Board (SCCB) has pushed back its scheduled full moon night trek to Wednesday evening. The evening walk through the woods at Hagge Park was originally slated to take place Tuesday, but staff at the park made the call to postpone the event due to concerns about the weather forecast. People of all ages are invited to attend the come-and-go outdoor winter walk from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the conservation center. Participants will be treated to complementary hot cocoa and can travel along a short path through the park that is to be lit by luminaries. Depending on weather conditions, snowshoeing equipment will be available for individuals who do not have their own, and attendees are asked to dress accordingly.
