The Greene County Sheriff’s office is investigating damage done to two vehicles in a hit-and-run accident in Scranton on Thursday. At approximately 12:53 a.m., a deputy responded to the 900 block of Irving Street. Two vehicles were legally parked there, but had suffered damage. There was an estimated $4,500 in damages done to a 2010 Nissan Altima and $2,500 in damages to a 2013 Chevrolet Impala. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 515-386-2136.
