A Glidden man was arrested following a traffic stop in Carroll Sunday, recording a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of .239. The Carroll Police Department pulled over 28-year-old Joshua Hoffman in the 800 block of Plaza Drive at approximately 11:06 p.m. Following the initial investigation, Hoffman was charged with first-offense operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving while license is revoked, open container of alcohol and failure to maintain control.
