Democratic Presidential Candidate, Joe Biden, and his wife, Jill, will be making several campaign stops in the region this weekend. The former vice president kicked off his eight-day, 18-county “No Malarkey” bus tour Saturday, Nov. 30. The Bidens will be traveling through the state to speak with Iowans and answer their questions during town halls, canvass kickoffs and local stops. The tour began with a campaign event in Council Bluffs Saturday afternoon. The tour makes its way into the listening area tonight (Saturday) at the Boulders Conference Center in Denison. Doors open at 7 p.m. with the event starting at 7:30 p.m. The No Malarkey tour comes to the Moose Lodge in Carroll Sunday. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the Bidens scheduled to speak at noon. Jill Biden then heads to Jefferson for a 2 p.m. meet and greet with potential voters at the Old Milwaukee Depot at 609 East Lincoln Way, while Joe Biden will head to Storm Lake for a campaign stop at the Buena Vista University Fireside Lounge at 4 p.m. The tour continues eastward across the state through Saturday, Dec. 7 with stops in Spencer, Ames and more.
