The City of Carroll has put out a notice, advising residents there will be a controlled burn taking place on Wednesday, April 24. The Carroll County Pheasants Forever chapter is coordinating the prairie grass burn between S. Clark Street and the Middle Raccoon River, west of Grant Road.
