The Carroll Community School District Board of Education has called for a special meeting this coming Thursday, Sept. 19. They will call the brief session to order at noon for approval of bills and to consider Carroll High School wall bids. They will also discuss the possibility of forming a committee that will be responsible for reviewing the special education services delivery plan. The meeting, which is open to the public, is expected to last just slightly over 20 minutes.
