A Carroll woman was taken into custody Monday in connection to an assault late last month. According to Carroll County District Court records, 19-year-old Kylie Nicole Armstrong has been charged with disorderly conduct, fighting or violent behavior, a simple misdemeanor, following an investigation by the Carroll Police Department. Authorities say Armstrong was captured on video surveillance in the Sparky’s parking lot on Highway 30 East at approximately 10:10 p.m. on April 26. In the video, she is involved in a physical altercation with two other females. She can be seen taking one of the women to the ground and throwing numerous punches during the fight. Armstrong was released from the Carroll County jail on Monday after posting a $300 bond.
