A Carroll man was cited after allegedly throwing a lit firecracker at a pedestrian. According to Carroll County District Court records, an officer with the Carroll Police Department was dispatched the afternoon of Nov. 2 to the 600 block of North Grant Road. Upon arrival, the officer located fireworks debris on the ground and proceeded to speak with the suspect, 41-year-old Bradley Donald Booher. Booher admitted to the officer he had ignited some the night before but denied throwing any at passersby. He was issued a summons to appear for use of fireworks, a simple misdemeanor. Booher’s hearing is scheduled for Nov. 21 at the Carroll County Courthouse.
