The Audubon Public Library will be bringing a high-energy, positively great time to their summer reading program Monday. Jim Cosgrove, affectionately known as “Mr. Stinky Feet” after the release of a hit song of that same name, will showcase his musical brand of fun in a special performance beginning at 2 p.m. Cosgrove has spent 20 years traveling through North America and Europe and has performed more than 3,500 shows, including two at the White House. He says, “My philosophy is that the kids are the star of the show, not me.” Cosgrove is also celebrating the release of his new album, “Toe Jams: Mr. Stinky Feet’s Greatest Hits,” full of fan favorites and some anniversary editions of his classic tunes as well as a new song, “Rockin’ The Library.” A preview of Monday’s performance can be found with this story on our website.
