Audubon County Sheriff’s Office Looking For Bell-Ringing Volunteers

The Audubon County Sheriff’s Office is working on their annual Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign. They have already contacted several area businesses throughout the county and will be placing the counter kettles at a variety of locations. They will also be kicking off their bell ringing campaign on Saturday, Nov. 30 in front of the Audubon Food Land. The bell ringers will be there on Saturdays until Dec. 21. Ninety percent of all the funds raised through both efforts will remain in Audubon County for the benefit of its residents. This fundraising, however, is only possible with the volunteers who take a timeslot to ring the bells. Anyone interested in donating an hour of their time can do so by contacting Tiffany at 712-563-2631. A list of the times that have not yet been filled can be found below.
